iCosmétiques has a simple and honest approach to beauty needs of consumer. You can read more under Our Story section.

We market two broad range of products. One under Total Care to cater to your daily needs for Hair, Face and Body. Second under Advance Care Serum range to address specific hair and skin concern areas.

All our products are formulated with safe ingredients and final product undergoes dermatology safety assessment as per nationally and internationally recognised protocol before we offer for sale. This is also indicated on the pack with ‘Dermatologically Tested’ caption. Fragrance in our product complies with IFRA (International Fragrance Association) safety guidelines. Further, we do not use any colour in our products as they have no role in skin or hair care. Further if we analyse past 50 years of colours use in cosmetics, few colours which were considered safe in the past are no longer considered safe today and are not permitted to be used. We believe, the colours that are considered safe and are permitted to be used in cosmetics today may not be permitted to be used in future as new evidence emerges. Hence the decision to eliminate all colours.

We test our products post manufacture for compliance to specifications and quality parameters before they are cleared for sale. For best results, we recommend you follow the directions of use. The honest answer is NO. Our products are not 100% natural as it is nearly impossible to formulate a product with 100% natural ingredients. It is also a myth that all natural products are safe. Having said this, we strive to maximise usage of safe natural and nature derived ingredients in our products and avoid ingredients that have any safety concerns. That is why we have avoided questionable ingredients such as sulphates (although widely used by cosmetic industry), phthalates, parabens, silicones, mineral oil and colours.

We believe all our products are fully safe for sensitive skin types. However, as a measure of abundant caution, we advise people with sensitive skin to test once any new product before use on a small patch of their forearm before regular use.

Yes. We avoid use of even doubtful/questionable ingredients, and therefore, our products are suitable for children above 6 years. However, for children below 6 years, we recommend you use products specially formulated for babies.

Yes. Our products are 100% vegan and vegetarian.

Ordering on icosmetiques.com is simple. Select the items you want & add them to your cart. Enter your mobile number, confirm shipping address and proceed to payment.

Once the order is placed, it is not possible to make any changes to the same.

We provide a detailed tax invoice with each of your order along with shipment box.

Orders once placed are not possible to cancel. To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please inform customer service via email to hello@iCosmetiques.com within 48 hours of the delivery along with the images of the delivered product.

No, you cannot place international orders on the icosmetiques.com. Please email on hello@icosmetiqes.com for your requirements outside India.

Orders received before 12:00 noon are dispatched on the same day, and orders received after 12:00 pm are dispatched on next working day. In rare cases, it may take a little longer to ship your order. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 days but may be longer due to product availability and courier partner’s delivery time & location.

No. All orders placed online are sent directly to the shipping address mentioned while placing the order.

You will receive your order confirmation via SMS on your mobile number. Once your order is shipped you will receive another SMS on your mobile number with the tracking details.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time possible and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. It is not possible to name a specific courier partner as we use multiple courier partners based on your location.

We deliver across the country to most Pin codes. Please check delivery to your pin code.

No. Currently we do not charge for shipping.

Our delivery courier partner generally makes 3 attempts to deliver the products. They also leave a note for a call back in case the door is unanswered. The courier partner may leave an intimation for you or may call you to check for a convenient time to deliver in case you are not at home. Please contact the courier company at the earliest and give them a delivery time when you will be at home.

All payments are accepted through certified third-party payment gateways. Thus, all Credit cards and Debit cards are accepted.

We do not store any Credit card and Debit card information and is also not taken by us. This information is taken directly by the certified third-party payment gateway who is authorized and is compliant with the regulations and requirements of various banks and Government institutions. Also, these payment gateways are certified for all security aspects. Transactions on the website are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption. This is an assurance that we follow the best security practices adopted by major online vendors where all payments are processed in real-time for your security and immediate peace of mind.

In case of a payment failure, please retry and ensure information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e., account details, billing address, password (for net banking) & that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can write to us on hello@icosmetiques.com with your order number for any clarification.

Yes, you can pay via net banking. You select net banking option on the payment gateway on the checkout page. You will need to select the bank you wish to pay from and make the payment.

We do not offer COD payment option. However, you can buy iCosmétiques products on Amazon with Cash on Delivery payment option.

Once products are delivered to you as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible. However, in case there is a manufacturing defect, then the product will be replaced. Please contact us on hello@iCosmétiques.com within 48 hours of the product is delivered to you.

All products shown on the icosmetiques.com are in stock. In an exceptional case where the product ordered by you becomes out of stock, the same will be communicated to you within 48 hours and a refund will be processed immediately.

Refunds are credited back to the same payment instrument which was used at the time of making order payment. The refund is generally credited back within 7-10 days. iCosmétiques does not have influence on the timelines as it is processed by the third party payment gateway.

Total number of articles is limited to 10 for a single order for delivery and payment security reasons.

Yes. We accept most international credit cards. This would be confirmed on payment page before payment is processed.
